摘　　要：目的了解新型弹性开袢式前房型人工晶状体(AC-IOL)植入术后对房角的影响。方法采用Goldmann房角镜仔细观察50只眼植入AC-IOL术前、术后360°房角的变化。结果房角粘连30只眼,其中房角粘连范围超过1/2周的3只眼,术后继发青光眼。垂直轴向固定的人工晶状体眼易发生房角粘连。结论尽可能使人工晶状体袢水平位固定于房角的巩膜突,减少房角粘连,建议行AC-IOL植入术的病例术前、术后均应作房角镜检查。ObjectiveTo study the influence upon t he structure of anterior chamber angle a fter the implantation of the new type ela stic open loop IOL. Methods The changes of anterior chamber angle of 360° before and after the implantation of anterior c hamber IOL(AC-IOL) were assessed carefully in 50 eyes by using Goldmann gonioscop e.ResultsThe adhesion of anterior chamber angle was found in 30 eyes.3 eyes in which the range of adhesion was more than 1/2 circle had secondary glaucoma aft er operation. The adhesion of anterior chamber easily arises when AC-IOL is fixed in the vertical axis. ConclusionMake AC-IOL fix in the horizontal axis of scl eral spur of anterior chamber angle and decrease the adhesion of anterior chambe r angle.All patients implanted AC-IOL should be examined by gonioscope before and after surgery.
