摘 要:青光眼的早期诊断对治疗及预后意义重大。早期青光眼损害选择性地损伤大直径的视神经纤维(M细胞发出),以数量最少的My亚群表现为著。My亚群细胞的基本特点是对对比转换的正弦刺激的非线性反应即“倍频现象”。倍频技术即以此原理为基础,通过选择性检验My细胞亚群的功能,发现早期青光眼损害。倍频视野计检查方便迅速,结果准确,可重复性高,尤其适于对早期青光眼患者进行筛查。Earlier detection of glaucoma is important for patients. Many researches contend that chroni c glaucoma selectively damages large opti c nerve fibers which arise from M retinal ganglion cells.A subgroup of M cells—My cells are clearly the most affected.The es sential characteristic of My cells is th e nonlinear visual responses to flicklin g sinusoidal gratings,namely 'frequency doubling illusion'.Frequency doubling te chnology(FDT) is based on this principle and indicates the My cells function to investigate the early stage glaucoma.Cli nical researches confirm that frequency doubling perimetry not only checks patie nts quickly and conveniently,but also ha s high sensitivity and speciality in detecting visual field defect of early stage glaucoma.
