摘　　要：对江西省 3县 72所乡镇卫生院 45 6名医生进行书面考试 ,测试了基础医学知识、临床防保知识、专业知识 3部分。测试成绩优良率达 45 4% ,不及格为 16 9%。比较分析了不同性别、年龄、专业、学历和职称医生的成绩差异。建议应全员培训 ,提高整体素质 ;突出重点 ,主攻薄弱环节 ;健全机制 ,促进知识更新。doctors from 72 township health centers in 3 counties of Jiangxi Province were given a written test in basic medical knowledge, clinical knowledge of prevention and healthcare and professional knowledge. The rate of excellence of the scores was 45.4% while the rate of failure was 16.9%. A comparative analysis is made of the differences in the scores of doctors of different sexes, ages, specialties, educational backgrounds, and professional titles. It is suggested that it is imperative to conduct training for all doctors so as to enhance the overall quality, to lay stress on the key points and focus on the tackling of the weak links, and to perfect the mechanism so as to promote the renewal of knowledge.
