摘　　要：介绍了隐性知识的含义、特征,阐述了隐性知识与显性知识在个体中及在知识密集型企业中的转化模式,并根据这种转化模式,探讨了知识密集型企业隐性知识显性化的途径。This paper introduces the meanings and characteristics of the tacit knowledge, expounds the mode of the transformation between the tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge in individuals and in knowledge-intensive enterprises, and base on this mode, probes into the paths of the externalization of tacit knowledge in knowledge-intensive enterprises.
