摘　　要：20世纪末俄罗斯校车制度步入法治化,目前形成以《俄罗斯运送儿童汽车技术指标国家标准》、《校车购置方案》和《俄罗斯交通法》等为主体的校车制度体系。但俄罗斯在校车制度的制定和落实、校车运营、管理和维护等方面依然存在很大问题。对此进行分析和思考对于我国校车制度的建立和完善具有很好的借鉴意义。By the end of the 20th century, with the legalization of bus school system, Russia presently has formed the institutional system of shool bus, centered with ＂buses for carrying children. Technical requirements＂, school bus purchasing plan and the ＂Russia traffic Laws＂.There still exsits several problems in the formulation and implement of school bus system, its operation, mangement and maintenance, etc. With analysis and reflection on these problems in Russia, it can be used for reference for our country in the establishment and improvement of school bus system.
