摘　　要：把"消错学"应用于大学生就业供需矛盾问题,通过建立就业供需矛盾问题的错误模型,并用消除错误的"十五、六、三"方法来分析错误发生的原因和机制,研究错误传递、转化的方法和关系,最后辅以实例.This paper discusses the use of ＂Error Eliminating＂in the contradiction of graduate employment between supply and demand. By establishing an error eliminating model and using the method of eliminating error- ＂Fifteen, Six, Three＂, the paper analyzes the cause and mechanisms of errors in supply and demand of graduate employment, and provides application in the end.
