摘  要:针对某船用柴油机关键件的结构特点,在数字化模型基础上,基于模块化思想,采用成组技术,分析各加工部位的特点,提取其特征信息和工艺信息,生成待加工区域的刀具轨迹。根据实际加工机床的特点,将刀具轨迹后置处理为实际的数控程序。相关信息按照特征相似性分级保存在数据库中,方便在CAD/CAPP/CAM过程中进行无缝传递。基于NX平台开发集成系统,并使用软件和实际机床进行了验证实验。系统操作简单,交互性好,并且便于扩展应用到其他类似的零件。Based on modularization, the feature information and process information on the working regions of the key parts of a certain marine diesel engine are extracted from CAD models by adopting th~ group technology for tool path generation. Then the tool paths are processed to produce practical NC programs on the basis of NC machining charac- teristics. The two types of information are categorized and saved in a database according to their feature similarity, so that they can be seamlessly transferred with the above-mentioned processing procedures. Finally, a CAD/CAPP/CAM (Computer Aided Design/ Computer Aided Process Planning/Computer Aided Manufacturing) integrated the key parts of the marine diesel engine is developed with NX secondary development. The integrated applied to and validated by a real case through software simulation and real NC machining.
