摘 要:为了准确反映复杂机电系统组成元素间的关联关系,提出设计结构矩阵树结构,描述系统内部不同粒度元素间的关联关系;定义了元素重要度,量化表示元素对其直属系统的影响程度,形成基于拓扑网络的元素重要度求解算法;确立了设计结构矩阵树层次间的映射规则。给出数值型设计结构矩阵的多粒度层次进化构建方法:通过对目标矩阵中元素的多粒度扩展形成设计结构矩阵树结构;依据层次进化规则,实现设计结构矩阵树的自动更新并获得目标设计结构矩阵。精冲机主缸液压系统设计结构矩阵建模实例表明,所提构造方法相比传统方法大大提高了分析精度,实现了对系统组成元素间关联关系的准确描述。To reflect the relationships between elements of complex electromechanical system accurately, a Design Structure Matrix (DSM) tree was proposed to illustrate contact details between elements with different granularity. Element's importance degree was defined to quantify the influence degree of elements on the system, and a solving algorithm for calculating element's importance degree was formed based on network topology theory. The mapping rule between levels of DSM tree was determined, and the multi-granularity hierarchical evolutionary approach for n- DSM modeling was introduced. By translating original elements into different granularity, DSM tree was estab- lished. Through hierarchical evolutionary mechanism, DSM tree was able to update itself automatically, and simul- taneously the target n-DSM was obtained. The example showed that the new modeling approach could improve ana- lytical precision significantly and enable accurate representation of the researched system.
