摘 要:针对多层级、多产品的供应链网络设计,提出集成正向和逆向物流网络的闭环供应链多目标规划模型。模型包括供应商、工厂、配送中心和客户四级正向网络主体以及回收中心和处置中心两级逆向网络主体,综合考虑了总利润、客户服务水平和供应物料质量之间的平衡,通过有限的情境描述外界环境的不确定性参数,运用ε-约束法求解出模型的Pareto最优解集。通过算例说明了该模型的有效性,为供应链网络设计的决策者权衡各种方案提供了决策依据。Aiming at the multi-echelon and multi-product supply chain network design, a closed-loop supply chain multi-objective programming model for integrated forward/reverse logistic network was proposed. The model in- cluded four forward direction echelons of suppliers, plants, distribution centers and customers and two backward di- rection echelons of collection centers and disposal centers. By considering the balance between gross profit, customer service level and raw materials quality, the uncertainty parameter was described with a finite possible scenario. Through s -constraint method, the set of Pareto optimal solutions was obtained. The numerical example was used to show the validation of the model, and the results provided important insight for the decision making process of sup- ply chain network design.
