摘　　要：针对"十一五"期间江苏咨询业的发展特点,采用多元回归分析法得出影响江苏科技咨询业发展的制约因素,并根据目前存在的问题,提出了相应的解决方案和发展对策,旨在为今后江苏咨询业发展提供借鉴。According to the characteristics of ＂the development of consulting industry in jiangsu eleven the five＂ period, draw the factors constraining the development of Jiangsu science and technology eonsttltlng industry by the multiple regression analy- sis, and according to the present the question, proposed the eorrespending solution and the development eountermeasure, aiming to provide reference for the future development of eomulting industry in Jiangsu.
