摘  要:建立ICP-AES法测定金红石及钛铁矿中锆含量的方法.样品碱熔,水浸出,碱分离除去大量盐类,在盐酸介质中采用ICP-AES法测定.对样品的溶解方式和影响测定结果的各种因素进行了研究,Zr的检出限为0.0009~0.0039μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)为0.59% ~6.16%,回收率为:97%~116%,测定范围:0.005%~5%.本方法简单准确,应用于生产两年,选矿实验金属平衡良好.The determination of zirconium in rutile and ilmenite by ICP-AES method is established. Alkali fusion, water leac hing for the sample, and then alkali is used to separate a large number of salts, and the ICP-AES method is adopted in the hydrochloric acid medium. The dissolution way of the sample and all kinds of factors which can affect the measurement results are studied ; the detection limit of Zr is 0. 0009 N 0. 0039p, g/mL, the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0.59% - 6. 16%, the recovery rate is 97% - 116%, and the determination range is 0. 005% -5%. This method is simple and accurate and has been used for two years and the metal balance of benefi- ciation test is good.
