摘　　要：阐述了中国热带农业科学院图书馆的基本情况,分析了图书馆当前绩效考核中存在的主要问题,提出了完善院图书馆绩效考评体系,提高图书馆管理水平的措施。The article described the basic situation of CATAS＇ library, analyzing the main problems in current performance evaluation of the library, putting the countermeasures to perfect the performance evaluation system of the library and improve the level of library of management.
