摘  要:"渝紫263"是西南大学重庆市甘薯研究中心选育的优质紫肉甘薯新品种.2002-2003年长江流域区域试验2年平均鲜薯产量26 148.8kg/hm2,平均薯干产量7 789kg/hm2,平均烘干率29.6%.其耐贮性良好,萌芽性中等,蔓长平均159.4cm,平均分枝数9.4,大中薯率37.4%(按块数计)、65.7%(按重量计),结薯集中,食味中上."渝紫263"富含花色苷,在食品、保健品等领域应用前景广泛,在部分地区推广使用,取得了较好的经济利益."Yuzi 263" is a new high-quality type of purple-fleshed sweet potato bred by Chongqing Sweet Potato Research Center, Southwest University. In the regional test in Yangtze River district from 2002 to 2003, the average production of fresh tuberous roots of "Yuzi 263" is 26 148.8kg/hm2 , the average pro- duction of dry matter 7 789 kg/hmz , and the average dry matter content 29.6%. "Yuzi 263" has easy sto- ring properties and medium bud bursting, vine length average 159.4 cm, the average number of branches 9.4, the rate of weight of 100g tuberous root and over in total tuberous root, 37.4o/00 (according to the number of tuberous roots), 65.7~ (according to the weight of tuberous roots), with collection-tuberous- growing and good taste. "Yuzi 263" rich in anthocyanins, application in food, health care and other widely used in some areas, promotion, and achieved good economic benefit.
