摘  要:在对976名在校大学生进行问卷调查的基础上,选取了68名在焦虑、抑郁总分以及身体健康程度基本相同的学生,将其按性别比例分成2组,一组在个人自主情境下以器械练习、跑步为锻炼内容;一组在竞争合作情境下以足球练习和比赛为锻炼内容;在锻炼强度、时间以及锻炼频率相同的情况下,进行了为期12周的实验.实验结果显示:以自主情境或合作情境进行一段时期的锻炼,都能有效的降低焦虑、抑郁情绪;合作情境下的身体锻炼对状态焦虑、焦虑总分的改善作用优于自主情境下的身体锻炼;2种情境下的身体锻炼对抑郁都有非常显著的改善作用,但2种情境发挥的效益没有显著差异.By means of a questionnaire survey through 976 college students, 68 students have been selected who are basically the same in anxiety, depression scores as well as the health degree, and who have been divided into two groups according to its sex ratio. The students in one group cise or running in independent situation; and those in another group with f deal ooth with the apparatus exer all exercise or contest in competitive and cooperative situation. Two groups are in same condition in intensity, time and frequency of exercise. Thought a period of 12 weeks of experimental exercise, the results show that two group can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression; the group in the cooperative situation, with its state anxiety, anxiety score improvement effect, is better than the group in the independent situation. Two groups have significant effect in depression, but there was no significant difference between two groups.
