摘 要:体育锻炼行为是健康生活方式的重要组成部分,青少年学生处于生理和心理迅速发育时期,也是健康生活方式形成的关键时期,深入探究初中生体育锻炼行为的特征与规律对培养其健康的生活方式具有重要的意义.基于对重庆市7所初中1 508名初中生的问卷调查,运用结构方程模型分析方法对影响初中生体育锻炼行为的心理机制和环境机制进行了探索性分析.结果显示:锻炼动机和锻炼效能直接影响初中的锻炼行为,对锻炼的价值判断通过动机和效能的中介作用间接影响锻炼行为;学校锻炼条件、锻炼机会和体育课程对学生锻炼行为产生直接影响,同时体育课程又是体育教师与学生锻炼行为间的中介变量;家长可直接也可通过提供锻炼器材间接影响学生的锻炼行为.Physical activity behavior is an important part of a healthy life. Teenagers are at the period of rapid development both physically and psychologically and at a key point of formation of a healthy life. It is of great significance to explore the characteristics and laws of physical activity behavior of students in jun- ior high school and will benefit the development of their healthy life. Based on the survey of 1508 students from 7 junior high schools in Chongqing, this thesis is related to the exploration of the psychological mech- anism and environmental mechanism, which influences the exercise behavior by means of structural equa- tion modeling analysis. The results show that exercise motivation and exercise self-efficacy directly affects the exercise behavior, the value judgment toward the exercise behavior indirectly effects exercise behavior through mediating effect of motivation and self-efficacy. Exercise conditions, exercise opportunities offered by school and physical education curriculum directly impact students' exercise behavior, while physical ed- ucation plays a mediator between physical education teachers and students' exercise behavior. Parents can directly and indirectly by providing training equipment effect students' exercise behavior.
