摘 要:运用调查问卷法、特尔菲法和层次分析法,通过指标选取、指标筛选、权重计算、指标构建和评价计分等步骤建立了体育教育专业学生职前素质评价系统,研究发现:①在教师教育一体化的理论框架下,以终身教育为指导思想对体育教育专业学生的职前素质进行了初步界定;②构建了3项一级指标(专业品性-师德、专业知识-师学、专业技能-师才)、12项二级指标和35项三级指标及其总分合计公式、等级评判组成的指标评价系统;③所构建的指标、权重和等级等具有一定的科学性和有效性,能够对我国体育教育专业学生职前素质进行评价和等级划分.By means of questionnaire, Delphi method and hierarchy analysis, through the parameter and the index selection, weight identification, indicator composition and evaluation scoring steps, sports education major students pre-service quality evaluation system has been established in this paper. For students majo- ring in sports education, pre-service quality definition, content evaluation, hierarchies have been provided as theoretical support. It concludes that: 1) In the theoretical framework of the integration of teacher edu- cation to lifelong education as the guiding ideology of physical education students pre-service quality were preliminary definition; 2) The quality evaluation system included three Level-1 indicators (Professional character-teacher's morality, Professional knowledge- teacher learning, Professional skills), 12 Level-2 in dicators and 32 Level 3 indicators; 3) The index, weight and level of this system are reliable and valid. They can reflect the status quo of the cultivation to pre-serviee quality and rank division of our students majoring in sports education.
