摘 要:利用出行时间价值研究城市小汽车出行策略与公共交通出行策略的博弈,研究表明在出行成本较低时,小汽车出行是个体理性选择,但个体的理性将导致交通低效率.仅通过增加收费限行可短期内缓解交通拥堵,但交通效率无法根本提高.政府如果开辟快速公交系统,公共交通出行是个体理性选择,此时个体的理性将使交通高效率,达到集体理性.On the basis of the traveling time value, the game of travel tactics between choosing car or public transport has been studied. The result shows that when travel costs at a lower level, car travel is individu- al rational choice, but individual rationality will cause traffic inefficient. In short term, to increase the toll can alleviate traffic congestion, but traffic efficiency can't be improved completely. If the government opens up bus rapid transit system, traveling by public transportation is of individual rationality. It will lead to the traffic efficiency and achieve collective rationality.
