摘　　要：高校青年自组织作为大学生中自发形成的组织形式,其兴起与发展具有历史必然性。本文以江苏省独立学院青年自组织为研究对象,通过对江苏省10所独立学院2000名学生的调查,分析了高校青年自组织发展现状和存在问题,并从ERG理论的视角提出了对策。As spontaneous--formed organization developing among undergraduates, the youth self organization has a historical necessity in its rise and development. This essay, takes youth self organizations in independent colleges in Jiangsu province as subject, through the investigation of two thousand students in ten colleges, analyzes the current situation and existing problems of these youth self organizations,while it also provides corresponding measures to solve these problems by the use of ERG theo- ry.
