新形势下构建高校研究生全程化就业指导模式的思考

摘　　要：目前,就业市场机制不健全、高校培养定位不准确、研究生自身能力下降等原因使研究生就业压力突显。新形势下如何加强研究生就业指导工作是各高校研究生教育的重点和难点,本文提出了构建高校研究生全程化就业指导模式以解决新形势下研究生的就业问题,并对该模式如何顺利实施提出了几点思考。It has been underlined that the employment pressure on postgraduates has been worsening due to such perfect employment market,inaccurate orientation of talent training in universities and the declining quality of reasons like im- postgraduates, of further edu- r the purpose of solving problems in postgraduate employment,and puts forward several measures to ensure its implementation.
