摘 要:目的了解医学生共情特点并分析三维人格对共情能力的影响,以期找到行之有效的提高医学生共情能力的方法。方法随机抽取医学院校学生284名,用人际反应性指标量表和三维人格问卷进行测量,对数据进行分析。结果三维人格的躲避维度对观点采择、个人痛苦有显著影响(P<0.05),奖赏维度对同情关心、观点采择有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论医学生共情能力的培养需要考虑到不同性别不同个性的因素。Objective To understand the empathy characteristic of medical students and the correlation of tridimensional personality traits to empathy so as to develop scientific approaches to optimizing medical students' empathetic dispositions. Method 284 medical students were randomly selected as subjects of study. Interpersonal reactive index and TPQ were designed and employed for data collection. Findings Harm-avoidance dimension was found to have significant effect on position taking and personal distress, while reward-dependence dimension was found to have significant effect on sympathy and position-taking. Conclusion Gender differences and personality differences should be taken into account in developing models for fostering empathy in medical students.
