摘　　要：大学生党员是高校青年学生中的先进分子,充分发挥他们的作用,能起到带动一批学生的积极效果。学生党员先锋模范作用的发挥重在行动,在实际工作中借助于"党员领跑"等活动载体,将学生党员先进性教育与学生成长成才的实际需要相结合,才能真正有效地发挥他们的榜样作用。College student Party member is the advanced element of young college students. To give full play to their role can play a positive effect to lead a group of students. However, it is priority to put student Party members＇ vanguard and exemplary role into action. In practical work, Their model role can only be effectively played by relying on the carrier of ＂Party members leading activity＂, combinng the ad- vancement education of student Party members and actual needs of their growth and development.
