摘　　要：莱卡活细胞工作站AF6000可以提供自由的多维活细胞图像采集、控制、分析等强大功能,可以充分保证整个活细胞采集过程中光学、电学、温度、适度、pH值等多个条件的高度协调和稳定,并在活细胞拍摄过程中保持高清晰、高反差和高速度的成像效果,充分体现了维持细胞生命活动性与获得完美活细胞图像的和谐统一。将活细胞工作站应用于实时观察间充质干细胞迁移行为,无疑为干细胞研究提供新的检测手段。Leica live cell station AF6000 can provide multidimensional live cell image acquisition, manipulation, analysis and other powerful functions. It also can keep the process of image acquisition referred to optical, electrical, temperature, pH value, and other multiple conditions highly coordinated and stable. AF6000 could maintain high definition, high contrast and high speed imaging effect in real time imaging; fully embodies harmony between to maintain life activities of cells and to obtain a perfect live cell image. Taking use of real-time observation of AF6000 to catch the mesenchymal stem cell mi- gration behavior, no doubt providing new means of detection for the stem cell research.
