摘  要:实验教学中普遍采取的常压热过滤装置存在着过滤时间长、热能消耗大、收率低、不易操作、不安全等弊病,减压热过滤装置细颗粒杂质或吸附剂易发生穿滤、收率低且低沸点的热滤液在减压下大量蒸发,甚至沸腾。改进过的热过滤装置,采用了电热套预热保温和超级恒温水浴装置预热保温,具有操作简便、晶体回收率高、可控温、可适用于有机溶剂的重结晶等优点。In laboratory teaching, there were many disadvantages in generally accepted atmospheric thermal filtering apparatus, such as filtration in a longer time, more heat consumption, low yield, diffi- culty in operation and unsafety. The vacuum thermal filtering equipments also have many shortcom- ings, such as fine particle impurities or adsorbents easy to puncture filtration, low yield and a lot of low boiling point thermal filtrate can easily occurs in vaporization, and even ebullition. The improved ther- mal filtering apparatus have many advantages, such as simple operation, high crystal recovery efficien- cy, temperature controllable, and is suitable to recrystallization of the organic solvents.
