高校推动基础学科大学生实现高质量就业的策略探究

摘　　要：高等学校扩招导致大学毕业生求职市场供大于求,大学生就业难问题随之产生。相对于应用科学专业的大学生而言,由于基础学科专业的大学生的就业口径窄、专业知识与行业结合不紧密等因素的影响,他们就业更加困难。该文结合高校毕业生就业管理工作的特点,从构建能力提升体系、引导树立正确就业观、促成区域化就业优势、促进升学和留学深造四个方面,探讨了高校提高基础学科专业大学生就业质量的策略。The enrollment expansion of colleges and universities causes a lot of problems to the graduates to find jobs. With respect to the application science students, it＇s more severe for the basic subject s＇ students to gain the work because of the macro employment pressure, self factors, and lower industry knowledge. The strategy research of promoting the basic subjects to achieve higher quality employment is done from four aspects： constructing the ability enhancing system, building up their correct employment views, developing regional employment advantages, pursuing further studies and abroad studies.
