摘　　要：有效的道德教育建立在对个体道德形成及演变的正确理解基础之上。个体道德生成的每一个环节都涉及多因素、多变量的相互作用,是主体在外界环境的扰动下不断建构、不断有序化的过程。作为一个复杂的动态系统而展现的道德活动内在机制及其规律性,不仅揭示了主体性道德教育的必然性,而且对于主体性德育工作具有启发意义。Effective moral education is based on the correct understanding of individual moral for- mation and evolution. Each step of individual moral formation involves the interaction of multi- factors and multi-variables and is a process of constant construction and continual ordering in which the subjects are perturbed by the outside environment. As a complex and dynamic system, the inherent mechanism and regularity of the moral activities not only reveals the necessity of subjective moral education, but also gives an inspiration to subjective moral education work.
