山西省产学研合作中的问题分析及对策研究

摘　　要：作为一种优势互补的创新组织形式,产学研合作是提升企业自主创新的重要模式,是加快地区经济发展的有效途径,是提高地区核心竞争力的有效手段。山西省自20世纪80年代实施产学研合作至今,根据自身的实际状况,因地制宜地开展了富有成效的实践,取得了很大的成就,但由于种种原因,山西省产学研在合作中尚存在不少问题。从山西省产学研的实际状况着手,对山西省产学研合作中的相关问题进行分析,在此基础上针对性地提出加快山西省产学研合作发展的对策。As a-kind of innovation organization form which has complementary advantages, production - study research cooperation is an important mode which can promote the independent innovation of enterprise, and an effective way to speed up regional economic development and to promote regional core competitiveness. From 1980s to now, Shanxi province has carried out productive practices and has made great achievements according to the ac- tual situation. Nevertheless, because of all kinds of reasons, there still have a lot of problem in Shanxi province＇s production - study - research cooperation. Beginning with the actual situation, this paper analyze sues in Shanxi province＇ s production - study - research cooperation and put forward targetedly the countermeasure for speeding up the development of Shanxi province＇ s production - study - research the related is- corresponding cooperation.
