摘　　要：目的:探讨血小板衍生生长因子A(Platelet-Derived Growth Factor-A,PDGF-A)和微血管密度(Microvessel Density,MVD)在大肠癌组织中表达与患者生存预后关系。方法:收集10年间收治生存期≥5年及≤3年大肠癌患者标本各30例,应用免疫组织化学测定这60例大肠癌组织中PDGF-A和MVD表达,分析检测结果与临床病理特点及患者预后关系。结果:≥5年30例大肠癌患者其PDGF-A,MVD表达强度与≤3年30例大肠癌患者在病理学分级,淋巴结转移间比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05),而性别,年龄,TNM分期及浸润深度差异性不显著(P>0.050),且PDGF-A与MVD表达两者呈正相关(r=0.965,P<0.05)。结论:PDGF-A对大肠癌生长和转移可能有促进作用,PDGF-A和MVD可以作为判断大肠癌患者预后重要参考指标。Objective To explore the expression of Platelet-Derived Growth Factors-A（PDGF-A） and Microvessel Density（MVD） in colorectal carcinoma and their prognostic significance.Method The colorectal cancer specimens from the patients who had been operated in our hospital over a past 10-year period were collected,with 30 cases of either survival time 5 years or 3 years.Immunohistochemical technique（IHCA） was used to detect the expression of PDGF-A and MVD in the 60 cases of colorectal carcinoma,The relationship of their expression with clinical-pathological features and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma was analyzed.Results The PDGF-A,MVD express strength 30 cases of colorectal cancer patients who were 5 years had significant differences（P 0.05） compared with the 30 patients who were 3 years in pathological grading,lymph node metastasis.While the difference of gender,age,TNM staging and invade embellish depth was not significant（P 0.050）,and the expression PDGF-A and MVD had positive relevance（r = 0.965,P 0.05）.Conclusion PDGF-A promotes growth and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.PDGF-A and MVD may be one of the important predictors for the prognostic marker of human colorectal carcinoma.
