摘  要:目前国内慢性病患者为2.1亿人,占全国人口的15.7%,其中45岁以上人群平均每5个人中有2个人患有慢性病.尽管存在大量信息说明饮食与疾病间的作用,但是这些信息分散、不系统,并且存在矛盾的情况.该文面向互联网数据,生成符合医学与食品领域知识的关系图,并应用Gephi对食品与疾病的关系图进行可视化设计.由于gexf文件数据量大,故提出按需获取子图算法.最后在安卓手机上实现健康饮食顾问,为民众提供便携式健康饮食顾问服务.We are facing significant health problems such as the patients with chronic diseases is almost 0.21 billon and 40% person above 45 years old have to face the chronic diseases, many of which are closely related to food and diet. Although it has been widely recognized that food is a major determining factor of health and wellbeing, studying the interaction among food and health is a challenging issue. The relationship graph can be constructed by extracting the most robust and reliable semantic relationships among foods and health conditions. Moreover, Gephi is applied for the health information visualization on Android mobile phone. Furthermore, the approach of sub graph on-demand can empowers users to naturally and effectively explore, adventure and discover knowledge in a rich food/health relationship graphs in a personalized fash- ion. Finally, the proposed prototype system can help users effectively take the advantages of smartphones' user-friendly interface and portability.
