摘 要:利用Pro/E软件对XBTS-1型椭圆振动筛进行了模态分析和动态时域响应分析。得到了振动筛筛箱的前8阶固有频率和模态振型,并找出了从启动到稳定工作阶段筛箱质心的位移、速度和加速度的变化规律,提出了一种求解振动筛运动轨迹的新方法,得到了筛箱动应力最大值的变化规律及动应力达到最大值时整筛的动应力分布规律。计算结果为振动筛进一步的优化设计和试验研究提供了理论依据。Modal analysis and time domain dynamic response analysis of a XBTS-1 elliptical vibrating screen were conducted in Pro/E. The natural frequency and vibration mode of preceding eight orders of the screen box were obtained, and variation laws of the displacement, velocity and acceleration of centroid of the screen box from start-up till stable operation were determined. In addition, a new method of solving motion trajectory of the vibrating screen was proposed, and variation laws of the maximum dynamic stress of the box as well as distribution laws of the dynamic stress of the box at the dynamic stress reaching the maximum were achieved.
