摘　　要：在对甘肃农业大学土地资源管理特色专业发展优势与不足分析的基础上,结合学校定位与办学特色,确定土地资源管理专业"技术+管理"复合型应用人才培养目标与特色,并针对性地提出优化课程体系,强化师资队伍、改革教学模式,理论实践并重、教学科研互促等特色专业建设重点任务。According to the analysis on advantages and disadvantages of land resources manage-ment specialty development of Gansu Agricultural University, by taking into account its orien- tation and characteristics and identifying the goal of training versatile and practical talents （Technology ＋ Management） in land resources management, this paper aims to put forward some primary tasks accordingly, in the following aspects of optimizing curriculum system, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, reforming the teaching mode, emphasizing both theory and practice, and coordinating teaching and research work.
