摘 要:为了探寻一种针对公路路基沉陷的有效处治措施,提高注浆加固的处治效果,优化注浆施工工艺,在邵怀高速公路典型路基沉陷成因机理分析的基础上,采用劈裂注浆法对路基沉陷进行了处治技术试验研究,并进行了注浆工程的数值模拟和基于FWD检测技术的注浆效果评价.研究结果表明,注浆压力随时间的增长整体呈现波动上升趋势,劈裂注浆加固最优注浆压力为1.2MPa.FWD检测结果表明,本研究提出的竖向花管注浆及水平花管注浆方案的注浆效果良好,能够有效处治路基沉陷病害.In order to explore an effective treatment measure for expressway subgrade sub- sidence, to improve the grouting treatment effect and optimize the grouting construction technique, the treatment technology of subgrade subsidence is studied by the splitting grou- ting method. The numerical simulation of grouting is conducted and the grouting effect o~ FWD technique is evaluated, based on the genetic mechanism analysis of typical subgrade in Shao-Huai Expressway. The results show that the grouting pressure has a rising trend over time, and the optimal grouting pressure of splitting grouting is 1.2 MPa. The FWD test in- dicate that the grouting effect of vertical the flower tube grouting and horizontal flower tube grouting proposed in this thesis is good, which can treat diseases of subgrade subsidence ef- fectively.
