中职硕士培养的课程设置思考

摘　　要：中职硕士培养是我国一种新的研究生学位培养模式,课程设置问题则是其培养的精髓所在。中职硕士培养的课程设置价值取向是集成能力价值取向,重在实践性、操作性课程效果的显现,及课程运行中缄默知识与师德教化的融入,课程设置的原则有科学性、职业性、前沿性和师范性。改进对策重点在于课程的集成能力价值取向,以利于学生综合素质的提高。Master program of secondary vocational training is a new kind of postgraduate program in our coun- try and its curriculum design is very essential in the training. The value orientation of the course should emphasize on practical and operational purposes. Professional ethics and knowledge should combine together. The principal of curriculum the setting should be scientific, professional, advanced and normal. The strategy should emphasize on ability-oriented curriculum, which is beneficial to improve the general quality of the students.
