摘 要:为研究废弃茶梗的开发利用途径,采用氯化锌活化法制备了废弃茶梗活性炭吸附剂。比较了不同活性炭制备工艺的差别,并考察了氯化锌用量、活化温度和活化时间对吸附剂性能的影响。实验结果表明:采用氯化锌直接活化制备的活性炭性价比最高;随着氯化锌用量增加,活性炭的得率逐步提高,碘吸附值先增大,后减小;随着活化温度升高,活性炭得率不断减小,碘吸附值先增大后减小,在600℃达到极大值;随着活化时间延长,活性炭得率不断下降,碘吸附值随着活化时间的延长先增大后减小,在活化时间为2 h时达到最大。To study application of discarded tea stems,the activated carbon adsorbent was prepared from tea stems with zinc chloride.Different preparation technologies were compared,and the effects of zinc chloride amounts,activation temperature and activation time on the yield and iodine adsorption capacity were investigated.The results indicated that the properties of the activated carbon activated directly by zinc chloride are better; with the increasing of zinc chloride amounts,the yield of the adsorbent increased,and the iodine adsorption value increased first,and then declined; higher activation temperature and longer activation time were favorable for increase of the iodine adsorption value,while the yield was reduced,the iodine adsorption value was at maximum when activation temperature 600℃ and activation time was 2h respectively.
