摘  要:随着我国课程改革的深入发展与稳步推进,高职院校体育教师的专业化发展问题也随之浮出水面,成为现今教育工作者最为关切、热议的话题。从高职院校体育教师自主化继续教育这一层面,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法研究、探索提高体育教师专业化水准的实效性策略,分析、探讨更好地实施新课程理念的方法,为高职院校体育教师的职业专业化发展提供建议。With the further development of curriculum reform in our country and steadily, the professional develop- ment of PE teachers in vocational college has surfaced, become the most educators concerned about a hot topic. This article is from the physical education teachers in vocational college of continuing education the level of using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method to explore to improve the PE teachers' professional level and the effectiveness of the strategy, implement the new curriculum better ideas are analyzed and discussed, so as to provide suggestions for the development of physical education teachers in vocational college of professional occupation.
