摘  要:设计了一种用于非共振型压电直线电动机的新型驱动器。根据该种类型超声波电动机驱动电压的要求,设计了基于IR2153的AC-DC供电电源,供电电源输出电压110 V。采用嵌入式芯片作为主处理器,输出电机所需驱动信号。并通过相关调试,设计了一种可通过控制可控电阻电路调节输出电压的可编程增益放大器,和采用半桥逆变拓扑结构的功率放大电路。实现了驱动电压和频率皆可调的控制目标。整个电路输出稳定,实验效果显著,功耗小,适用性强。A new driver for piezoelectric linear motor using double driving feet was designed.According to the requirements of this kind piezoelectric motor driving voltage,the power supply(AC-DC) based on IR2153 was designed.The output voltage of the power supply was 110 V.The embedded chip was used as the main processor to provide the signal for motor driving.Through the appropriate configuration,a PGA circuit based on a programmable resistance circuit was designed,and half-bridge inverter topology was adopted for the energy amplification.Both voltage and frequency were controlled.The whole circuit is stabile.The experimental effect is good with small power consumption and good applicability.
