摘  要:民办高等教育作为我国教育事业的重要组成部分,是我国教育事业发展的重要增长点和改革的重要力量。民办高校发展的核心竞争力是师资队伍,但目前普遍存在流动性大、质量不高等问题,成为制约民办高校发展的关键因素。文章从马斯洛需要层次理论视角分析民办高校教师的困境及需求,通过物质激励、精神激励、环境激励和个人发展激励四个维度探讨民办高校教师的激励措施,以期促进民办高校教师队伍的稳定、健康发展。Non-governmental higher education is an important component of China's education development, and an important growth point and reform force. The core competence for these non-governmental institutions of higher learning is their teachers though there exist widespread problems of instability and low quality which have become the key factor in restricting the develop- ment of the institutians. From the perspective of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, this paper analyzes teachers' predicaments and needs. From material incentives, spiritual encouragement, motivation and personal development environment, it explores in- centives for teachers in non-governmental institutions of higher learning in order to promote stable and healthy development of the teaching staffs.
