我国区域高技术产业知识管理效率测度研究——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：阐述高技术产业知识管理循环系统。通过构建高技术产业知识管理效率评价指标体系，借助超效率DEA模型（SE—DEA）对1998年～2010年江苏高技术产业的知识管理效率进行测度，结果表明：江苏高技术产业各行业的知识管理效率水平发展不平衡。对江苏高技术产业知识管理效率低下的主要原因进行深入分析，并在此基础上提出提高区域高技术产业知识管理效率的对策建议。After describing the knowledge management circulatory system of hi - tech industries theoretically and establis- hing the knowledge management efficiency evaluation index system of hi - tech industries, the knowledge management effi- ciency of hi - tech industries in Jiangsu province from 1998 to 2010 is analyzed by using super - efficiency data envelop- ment analysis （SE -DEA）. The resuhs show that the knowledge management efficiency of hi -tech industries in Jiangsu province is unbalanced, the reasons for the current situation are found, and countermeasures and suggestions are put for- ward based on the results.
