摘 要:研究了由1,2-乙二胺和1,4-丁二胺制备的二元季铵盐与明胶的相互作用。结果表明,在明胶的稀溶液(1%,质量分数,下同)中,加入二元季铵盐只引起无规线团内部的交联而导致黏度下降;而在较高质量分数的明胶溶液中(5%~7%),二元季铵盐则引起明胶分子间交联,导致明胶溶液的黏度大幅度上升。在30℃及弱碱性条件(pH=8)下有利于离子键交联作用的产生。对明胶干凝胶的玻璃化温度及其在水溶液中的溶胀比进行研究,发现加入二元季铵盐后干凝胶的溶胀比明显下降,玻璃化温度明显上升,说明二元季铵盐与明胶的交联作用提高了干凝胶的耐水性及热稳定性。The interaction between the gelatin and the binary quaternary ammoniums, which was prepared from 1,2-ethanediamine and 1,4-butanediamine, was studied. The effect of these two compounds on the viscosity of gelatin solution was studied under various conditions including gelatin concentration, pH value, temperature, etc. The results show that with the addition of the binary quaternary ammoniums, the viscosity of dilute gelatin solution ( 1% ) decreases, while that of the concentrated gelatin solution (5 % -- 7 % ) increases. This phenomenon implies that the crosslinking occurs inside the random coil of gelatin in dilute solution, and between two neighboring gelatin molecules in concentrated solution. This crosslinking interaction is remarkable under 30 ~C and alkalescent (pH = 8). After being dipped with binary quaternary ammoniums, the dried gelatin shows relative small swelling ratio and high glass transition temperature, which indicates that the crosslinking improves the water resistance and the thermal stability of the dried gelatin.
