摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿泪囊炎根据不同月龄段采用不同治疗方法的治疗效果。方法根据患儿就诊月龄选用三步法综合治疗。对患儿的年龄分为〈3月、3～6月、〉6月三组，对所有患儿均进行了泪囊区按摩加点抗生素眼液，月龄〈3月的患儿仅采用泪囊区按摩加点抗生素眼液；月龄3～6月的患儿按摩无效采用泪道加压冲洗法；月龄〉6月泪道冲洗不通畅行泪道探通术。结果就诊月龄〈3月的患儿治愈率为100％，3-6月就诊的患儿治愈率为96．2％，就诊月龄〉6月的患儿治愈率为78．6％。结论对新生儿泪囊炎的患儿，就诊治疗越早，治疗方法越简单，损伤越小，治疗有效率越高。Subject Investigate the therapeutic effect of neonatal dacryocystitis using different treatments according to different months period of neonatal.Method Three-step synthetical treatment is adopted according to the months period of the children. Children are divided into three groups according to their months period： less than three months, 3 ~ 6 months, more than 6 months. Massage around lacrimal sac area for all children with antibiotic eye drops. For children less than three months, merely operate massage with antibiotic drops. Lacrimal duct flashing with pressure is adopted for children between 3 ~ 6 months when massage is invalid. Operate probing of lacrimal passage for children more than 6 months in the case of lacrimal duct is still obstructed after flushing,Result The recovery rate of children less than three months is 100%. As for children between 3 ~ 6 months, the recovery rate is 96.2%. As for children more than 6 months, the recovery rate drop to 78.6%. Conclusion For children suffer fromneonatal dacryocystitis, the younger age of the children are given treatment, the more simple treatment can be operated, the less damage would occur and the better effects can be achieved.
