成人肾母细胞瘤3例报告并文献复习

摘　　要：目的提高成人肾母细胞的诊治水平。方法结合文献回顾性分析3例成人肾母细胞瘤的诊治情况并进行文献复习。结果 3例行根治性切除,其中1例因不能耐受化疗死于术后转移,2例存活。结论成人肾母细胞瘤是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤,术前诊断困难,早期发现及诊断、手术治疗并辅以放、化疗等可明显提高及改善其预后。Objective To inprove the diagnosis and treatment level of adult Wilms tumor. Methods 3 cases of adult Wilms＇ tumor were analyzed retrospectively with review of the literature. Results Radical nephrectomy were operational in 3 patients, one of them couldn＇t endure chemotherapy, then died of pulmonary metastasis after surgery; two patients survived to today. Conclusion The diagnosis of adult Wilms＇ tumor is very difficult before surgery as a rare malignant tumor .The early discovery and diagnosis and treatment including nephrectomy as early as possible and adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy could improve the care rate and orogaosis.
