摘　　要：目的 探讨血管内栓塞治疗前循环脑动脉瘤的疗效.方法 共45例Hunt-Hess分级1～4级前循环脑动脉瘤行栓塞治疗,方法包括采用单纯弹簧圈栓塞、球囊辅助栓塞、支架辅助栓塞.结果 单纯用弹簧圈栓塞35例,球囊辅助栓塞7例,支架辅助栓塞3例.其中完全栓塞37例,近全栓塞8例.无弹簧圈脱出等并发症;出院 GOS 5分25例,4分15例,3分5例,无一例死亡.术后随访3～24个月,无一例复发.20例复查DSA,2例出现轻度的弹簧圈压缩.结论 血管内栓塞治疗前循环脑动脉瘤疗效确切,具有创伤小、安全和疗效可靠的特点,有效地降低前循环动脉瘤患者的致残率和致死率.Objective To study the effect of embolization therapy for the anterior circulation aneu- rysms. Methods Forty-five Hunt and Hess I-IV patients with the anterior circulation aneurysms were treated by variant endovascular methods, including simple coil embolization, ballon-assisted coil embolization technique, stent-assisted coil embolization technique. Results 35 patients were treated by simple coil embolization; 7 patients were treated by ballon-assisted coil embolization technique ; 3 patients were treated by stent-assisted coil embolization technique. Among patients,37 eases were completely occluded;8 eases were subtotally occluded. No coil escaping from the aneurysms neck or other complications occurred ;25 patients were discharged with a GOS score of 5 ;15 with a score of4;and 5 had a score of 3. In the follow-up for 3 -24 months after the embolization, recurrence was not found. Conclusion Embolization therapy for the anterior circulation aneurysms is reliable and safe, which can effectively reduce the disability and mortality of patients with aneur3rsm.
