摘　　要：目的评价改良手法小切口白内障手术在基层复明行动中的疗效。方法采用改良手法小切口在基层医院完成白内障复明手术449眼。改良技术包括:透明角膜缝线固定技术、梯形切口技术、透明角膜辅助切口技术、滑行出核技术、仿超乳劈核技术、单一水分离技术、蓝域辅助撕囊技术。对术中、术后情况进行观察。结果术后视力均有不同程度提高,术后第1天视力﹥0.3者410眼(91.3%),未出现严重并发症。结论采用改良手法小切口白内障手术在基层复明行动中,可提高手术效率,提高手术质量,且容易被基层医师学习掌握,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of modified manual small incision cataract operation re- stored light in action in basic hospital. Methods Modified manual small incision cataract operation in basic hospital completed in 449 cases. Improved technology includes： clear corneal suture fixation technique, trape- zoid incision technique, clear corneal assistant incision technique, sliding extract nucleus technology, imitate the phacoemulsification split nucleus technology, single water separation technology, capsulorhexis assisted with staining agent technology. To observe the intraoperative, postoperative. Results Visual acuity improved to different degree after operation, first days after operation, visual acuity 〉 0. 3 in 410 eyes （91. 3% ）, no serious complications. Conclusion The modified manual small incision cataract operation restored light in grassroot level, can improve the operation efficiency, improve operation quality, and easy to be doctors learn, worthy of promotion.
