摘　　要：患者男,70岁。外伤后额部暗红色斑块半年。皮肤科情况:额部正中可见一6cm×4cm界限清楚的类椭圆形暗红色斑块,周围散在5个黄豆粒大小的暗红色斑块,皮疹触之柔软,压之凹陷。皮损组织病理示:表皮大致正常,真皮中上层可见大量扩张的淋巴管,单层内皮细胞无异型性,扩张的管腔分割胶原纤维束。CD31染色:扩张的淋巴管及血管内皮细胞阳性,胶原纤维间未见阳性细胞团块。HHV-8染色:阴性。诊断:获得性进行性淋巴管瘤。A 70-year-old male presented with a dark red plaque on his forehead of half a years＇ duration after trauma. Skin examination showed an oval, dark red, well-demarcated and tender plaque （6cm - 4cm size） on the middle of the forehead. Five similar soybean sized lesions were around the plaque. Skin biopsy showed a pro- liferation of dilated lymphatic channels in the superficial and middle dermis without showing epidermal change. Dilated lymphatic channels were lined by a single layer of endothelial cell with no atypia and the lu- mina appeared to dissect among collagen bundles. Immunohistochemical staining for CD31 was positive in the endothelial cells of the dilated channels without cell mass among collagen fibers. Human herpes virus 8 was negative. The diagnosis of the case was acquired progressive lymphangioma.
