P120^(ctn)在口腔鳞癌中的表达及其与细胞黏附的关系

摘　　要：目的:对比口腔鳞癌(oral squamous-cell carcinoma,OSCC)与口腔正常黏膜中P120-连环蛋白(P120-catenin,P120ctn)和E-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin,E-cad)的表达,观察P120ctn和E-cad的表达与口腔鳞癌临床病理参数之间的关系以及它们之间的相互关系。方法:选用人正常口腔黏膜组织26例OSCC标本49例,采用免疫组化方法检测P120ctn和E-cad的表达。结果:在口腔鳞癌中P120ctn和E-cad的正常表达率显著低于它们在正常口腔黏膜组织中的正常表达(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移组和肌层浸润组的OSCC组织P120ctn及E-cad的正常表达显著低于无淋巴结转移组和黏膜及黏膜下层浸润组(P<0.05)。OSCC组织中Pl20ctn异常表达组的E-cad正常表达率显著低于P120ctn正常表达组(P<0.05),P120ctn与E-cad高度相关(P<0.01)。结论:P120ctn和E-cad在OSCC中的表达具有相关性,且随组织病理改变而改变。Objective： To contrast the expression of P120-catenin（P120ctn）and E-cadherin （E--cad） in normal tissue and oral squamous-cell carcinoma （OSCC） and to investigate the correlation between the expression of P120ctn and E--cad and the clinicopath01ogical parameters in OSCC, thereby learning the function of P120^ctn and E-cad in the tumor. Methods： The expression of P120^ctn and E--cad was studied in 49 human OSCCs and 26 normal oral mucosa by conventional immunohistochemistry. Results： Normal expression ratios of P120ctn and E-cad in OSCC were significantly lower than in normal oral mucosa. Muscle-invading OSCC cells showed lower levels of P120ctn and E-cad than mucous-invading and submucous-invading OSCC. P120ctn and E--cad expressions in OS- CC with lymph node metastasis were lower than those in tumor without lymph node metastasis. P120ctn had a positive correlation with that of E--cad. Conclusion.. Abnormal expression of P120ctn and E-cad are correlated with each other and they both are involved in the invasion and lymph node metastasis of OSCC.
