温针灸足三里及悬钟对脑梗塞预后的影响

摘　　要：目的:探求脑梗塞后血压变化与神经功能缺损的关系。方法:采用前瞻性队列研究方法对高血压导致的脑梗塞急性期患者进行24 h动态血压监测。结果:156例患者治疗后愈显率比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。温针组治疗后神经功能改善程度显著(P<0.01),且提高患者的日常生活活动能力方面,优于其余两组(P<0.01)。经治疗后所有患者的血压均得到改善,改善程度以温针组最为明显(P<0.01)。结论:温针灸足三里、悬钟能有效改善脑梗塞后神经功能,改善患者生活质量。Objective ： To seek the relationship between ambulatory blood pressure change and neurologic impairment aider cerebral infarction. Methods ： The prospective cohort study was used to inspect the patients who suffer from hypertension during the acute period of cerebral infarction in 24 - hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. Results ： 156 cured cases and their markedly effectiveness rate had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. The recovery of nerve function in the group of warm acupuncture was superior to the other groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. At the same time, it improved activities of daily living （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. After the treatment,all patients＇ blood pressure had been improved, and the effect of the group of warming acupuncture was obvious （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ：Warming acupuncture can recover nerve function of cerebral infarction effectively, and improve the patients＇ life quality.
