摘  要:目的:观察电针中冲、涌泉穴对VD大鼠血清、脑组织中乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性及学习记忆能力的影响。方法:四血管阻断法制作VD大鼠模型,将VD大鼠随机分为模型组、电针组和西药组。采用跳台试验检测学习记忆能力;采用ELISA法测定AchE活性。结果:电针组大鼠跳台反应期时间比模型组缩短(P<0.05);电针组大鼠脑组织和血清中AchE活性显著低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:电针能改善VD大鼠血清和脑组织中AchE活性,从而提高VD大鼠学习记忆能力。Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) at Zhongchong and Yongquan on metabolism of learning - memory ability and Ache activity in serum and cerebral of VD rats. Methods : VD model was established by using modified 4 - vessels occlusion method. The VD rats were randomly divided into model, EA and medication groups. The changes of learning- memory ability were investigated by step-down test. AchE activity was measured by ELISA. Results : The EA group reaction period of step-down test was decreased compared with those in the model group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Serum and cerebral AchE activity in EA group was considerably lower than those in model group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : EA can reduce serum and cerebral AchE activity, and improve the learning- memory ability in VD rats.
