摘　　要：本文对模块化网络组织租金在规则设计商、系统集成商及模块供应商三类网络成员间的分配进行了理论分析及博弈过程分析。理论分析表明,一般利润分配原则应用于网络租金分配时存在困难,而资源位概念的引入为网络租金分配提供了新的视角,资源位通过决定网络成员对组织的贡献度、风险承担及所处细分市场结构决定了网络组织对其依赖程度,从而决定了其谈判能力,进而决定了其能够从网络租金中分得的份额,资源位越高,租金分配份额越高。博弈过程分析表明,网络租金分配的均等化程度随网络成员资源位悬殊度的提高而下降:核心型网络组织中资源位悬殊度较高,规则设计商所能实现的边际利润要高于两倍的系统集成商,系统集成商的边际利润高于两倍的模块供应商,且三者间边际利润的差距随资源位悬殊度的增大而增大;分散型网络组织中资源位悬殊度较低,三类网络成员间的边际利润差距较小。但在两类网络组织中均呈现相同的规律:资源位越高,边际利润越高,这也印证了前述理论分析结果。Theoretical analysis as well as game analysis is done in this paper about the network rent allocation among rule designer, system integrator and module supplier. Theoretical analysis shows, the VRIO resource is the main source of network rent, but there will be many difficulties if the rent is allocated according to its source, however, the concept of resource-niche provide a new perspective for us, a network-member＇s resource-niche determines how much the organization reliance on it by determining its contribution, risk undertake and the market structure, thus determine its ability to negotiate, and then determine its share of the rent. Game analysis shows, the degree of equalization of rent allocation decrease with the increase of the degree of resource- niche disparity：The degree of resource-niche disparity of core network is higher, so the MR of rule designer is higher than twice of system integrator, the MR of system integrator is higher than twice of module supplier. In addition, the MR gap among the three members increase with the increase of the resource-niche disparity; The degree of resouree-niche disparity of scattered network is lower, so the MR gap among the three members is smaller. But in the two types network showed the same rule： the higher of resource-niche, the higher of the MR, this also confirms the results of previous theoretical analysis.
