终身教育理念下我国成人教育改革的新思路

摘　　要：当前,我国成人教育存在一些教学、管理等方面的问题,严重影响成人教育的持续发展。终身教育理念的传播,奠定了我国成人教育改革和创新的理论基础。针对成人教育存在的问题,结合终身教育理念,提出了适合当前成人教育改革的新思路。There are some problems existing in current adult education, such as problems in teaching, management, etc, which seriously affect the sustainable development of adult education. The spread of the concept of life - long education in China has estab- lished the theoretical foundation for adult education reform and innovation. Aiming to solve the problems in adult education, and con- sidering the concept of life - long education, some new ideas have been put forward for adult education reform.
