摘  要:稳定性是工程控制中的重要因素。由于被控对象具有非线性、不确定性等特点,常规的PID控制难以满足控制要求,造成控制过程的不稳定。针对这种情况,对一类具有不确定项的控制对象,根据传递函数中参数变化的范围,提出利用多胞体模型进行基于线性矩阵不等式的鲁棒PID设计思想,并采用协方差约束方法对离散PID参数进行优化。对控制对象模型建立,鲁棒理论分析和算法步骤进行详细描述,给出变风量空调系统中空气处理机组风机控制的应用实例。在系统仿真的时域性能和鲁棒性分析基础上,通过实测数据进行验证。结果表明采用鲁棒控制算法得到的PID控制器克服了模型不确定性的影响,具有良好的动态和静态指标,实现了变风量空调系统中风管静压的稳定控制。The stability is an important factor in engineering control. Due to the system with the nonlinear indeterminate characteristics, it is difficult to have a stability control effect for traditional PID control. Aiming at a class of uncertainty control objects and according to the changes of the parameters in the transter functions, a linear matrix inequality(LMI)based robust PID controller was designed with polytopie system models. And the PID parameters were optimized with covariance constraint method. Based on the construction of the control model and the analysis of the robust theory, the algorithm was proposed for the fan control of air handling units in variable air volume (VAV)air conditioning system. After the simulation of the time domain performance and robustness analysis, the algorithm is deployed on the experiment platform to prove the validity. The experimental results show that the robust control algorithm for PID con troller can overcome the model uncertainty and realize the stable control of duct static pressure in variable air volume air conditioning system with good dynamic and static indexes.
