摘　　要："太极"一词意为派生万物的本源。太极图是我国哲学发展到一定阶段的产物,它以黑白鱼形纹样组成的圆形图案,俗称阴阳鱼。太极图形象地表达了天地万物、阴阳轮转、相反相成的变化规律,展现了一种对立统一、和谐的形式美感。更为可贵的是太极图的艺术创造,给中国画在构图、黑白、虚实和点线面方面以启迪。Taiji means it is the origin of all things. Taiji diagram generated when our philosophy developed to a certain stage. It consists of circular patterns in black and white fish-shaped, commonly known as yin and yang fish. Taiji diagram vividly expresses laws of ehangement on all things from the heaven to the earth, yin and yang rotation, opposite and complementary variation, shows aesthetic form of opposition and unity and harmony. More valuably, art creation of Taiji diagram enlightens Chinese painting in composition, black and white, the real and the virtual, and point, line and plane.
